Lindsay Gremmer, CPA
Lindsay Gremmer, CPA, owner of Vail Financial Services, obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University in 2000. From there, she went to work for a regional public accounting firm, Kennedy and Coe, and worked her way up to Senior Accountant. In 2007, Lindsay obtained her Certified Public Accountant’s license with the state of Colorado. In 2008, Lindsay, her husband Shane, and son Logan, moved to the Vail Valley from Northern Colorado. Shortly after the move, Lindsay purchased Vail Financial Services. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, camping and many other various outdoor activities.
Melinda Wilson
With more than eight years of experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, and accounting, Melinda Wilson bring a diverse skill set to Vail Financial Services. A licensed life insurance producer, what Melinda is dedicated to making a positive impact with every interaction. What she loves most is the opportunity to solve complex problems, ease the challenges others face, and build lasting relationships with clients. Outside of work, Melinda enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether it's cooking, game nights, creative projects with her daughters, or fishing with her husband and dogs.
Xiomara Caballero Hernandez
In Xiomara Caballero Hernandez’s role at Vail Financial, the ability to engage in critical thinking and problem-solving stands out as her favorite aspect of the job. Whether it's diving into complex challenges or finding solutions, she thrives on making the numbers work. A member of the Vail Financial team since 2022, Xiomara is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in accounting. Born and raised in the Vail Valley, she has a deep appreciation for the community and enjoys spending time with family and five dogs. Outside of work, Xiomara finds joy in reading and exploring the outdoors.
